Pre-candidate management.

For rejected candidates, the platform can automate thank-you or rejection emails (something candidates always appreciate) without any manual intervention.

Advanced candidate management.

Candidates who pass the first screening move to another monday.com workspace board. Here you can apply rule-based automatic scoring, set up additional automated interview rounds (with owner assignment, scheduling and reminders), manage hiring approvals and automatically generate the offer letter.

In addition, and this is another key aspect, all candidates are stored within your own internal system (a database that can be reused for future roles) without relying exclusively on external job boards.

Automated onboarding.

Once the candidate has accepted the offer and joins as an employee, the process continues.

You can define an automated onboarding workflow that requests the required information from the new employee (ID document, bank details, documentation, etc.), generate internal requests for the IT lead or the logistics manager (for example, to request a laptop, an additional monitor, a company car, etc.), and maintain a tracking board for onboarding tasks involving HR, Occupational Risk Prevention, the new hire’s manager, and others. All within a single monday.com environment.
