Les necessitats de personal les defineixen Operacions i RRHH en diferents \u00e0mbits, mentre que la informaci\u00f3 de costos la gestiona Control de Gesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Una de les funcionalitats que ha aportat el nou proc\u00e9s, i que anteriorment no era possible, \u00e9s la capacitat de crear escenaris \u201cWhat If\u201d per simular possibles impactes derivats de canvis en horaris, temporades, costos mitjans, etc., d\u2019una manera \u00e0gil i robusta, arribant fins al detall de Compte Comptable \u2013 Centre de Cost \u2013 Departament \u2013 Funci\u00f3 de l\u2019empleat \u2013 Quart d\u2019hora \u2013 Dia.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest proc\u00e9s, l\u2019elecci\u00f3 d\u2019un bon producte tecnol\u00f2gic \u00e9s clau, per\u00f2 no menys important \u00e9s l\u2019elecci\u00f3 d\u2019un partner tecnol\u00f2gic amb experi\u00e8ncia, coneixement i comprom\u00eds. Holistic complia amb tots els criteris considerats per a aquesta elecci\u00f3: experi\u00e8ncia en la funci\u00f3 financera, coneixement de la tecnologia, professionalitat, confian\u00e7a i comprom\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la fase d\u2019implementaci\u00f3, PortAventura i Holistic han treballat com un sol equip, i l\u2019entesa entre ambdues parts ha estat fonamental. D\u2019una banda, l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de Holistic en aquest tipus de projectes ha estat clau per a la gesti\u00f3 del canvi, l\u2019acompanyament en la definici\u00f3 i l\u2019assessorament en moments de dubte.
